The provider is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner prepared to help you manage your acute or chronic illness,preventive needs or to assist in applying to the Medical Cannabis Program to purchase cannabis legally for personal medial use in New Mexico.

Although payment is expected at time of service, at La Casa Family Health Center we offer a unique sliding fee scale, so even if you don't have insurance you can be seen at La Casa. After reviewing your annual income we can determine the appropriate payment level. This fee schedule can result in reduced healthcare costs or co-pay. As a courtesy, our billing department will be glad to assist you in setting up a payment plan you are comfortable with. Today, New Mexicans are spending more out of pocket for their medications. We want to help! La Casa Family Health Center is offering major access to medicines through our pharmacy assistance program. To find out if you qualify, contact us for more information about this program.The Families FIRST program is sponsored by the New Mexico Department of Health, Medicaid and La Casa Family Health Center. This program has been set up to assist Medicaid eligible pregnant women and their children up to the age of three years. At La Casa Family Health Center, we know how important quality healthcare is for pregnant women and children. If you are ineligible for Families FIRST or Medicaid, you can take advantage of our low-cost comprehensive maternity care program. Payment arrangements can be made over a 9 month period. Proof of income will be needed to determine if you qualify for the sliding fee scale.
