The doors were locked 15 min before closing and staff watched passively as I tried the doors. I came to buy gloves for my daughter to play in the band.

This store has the worst manager. She is rude, arrogant and lacks customer service. I love Kohl's but this location is off the list She is awful, her attitude sucks and I've now walked out twice...
