Delivered 2 days late and late in the evening when the order had guaranteed same day delivery. Flowers were for my mom who was visiting in town but had already left (they delivered too late!)....

Unbelievable, I cannot believe how low a business would stoop. Figuring the arrangement is going to a healthcare/rehab facility figuring it was for an elderly person and thinking the sender lived...
