The Rio Rancho Department of Public Works operates assets management and administration, engineering, street, utilities operations, and building and fleet maintenance divisions. Its engineering division offers a range of services that includes development review, traffic engineering, transportation planning and construction management and inspection. The department s building and fleet maintenance division is responsible for the repair and maintenance of city-owned facilities, vehicles and equipment. The Rio Rancho Department of Public Works also provides maintenance services for streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and drainage systems.
