Called to get info on drug screening for school and was rudely put in hold half way through my first sentence. Then when the person came back they were rude and short.... And didn't provide any...

slowest service for a simple drug test. we waited well over an hour just to take a drug test for employment and it's not like they're lacking in staff. They just don't care to move through people...
