Horrible customer service! And they don't care. Tried to return an unworking item with my receipt and they said no. Does matter that I spend a good amount of money there. Not shopping at Rams...

Tried to buy a hose for a dryer vent. I asked the emploee where I could find them and she said "in espanol?" No I do not speak espanol. Perhaps even the hispanic employees should be bilingual
