Productive Outcomes

History

In 1997 I began my career as a facilitator for San Juan College. Over the years I developed various workshops that help people get along better with co-workers, family members, and others. I mediated for the 11th Judicial District Court for 29+ years and while I no longer contract with the court I do help individuals and businesses resolve their disputes in an amicable and economical manner.

Specialties

I equip people in the art and skill of CPR- Conflict Prevention & Resolution. Through my books PLAY NICE in Your Sandbox at Work, and PLAY NICE in Your Sandbox at Home, and through my workshops, I help people succeed in their most important relationships.
