The Prairie Star Restaurant at Santa Ana Golf Club offers an unforgettable dining experience on the beautiful Santa Ana Pueblo. Housed in a renovated 100 year-old adobe ranch house, the warmth and intimacy of Prairie Star is intoxicating. You will absorb the atmosphere of kiva fireplaces and original locally-made viga and latilla ceilings while enjoying awe-inspiring and sweeping views of the golf course and the Sandia Mountains. Executive Chef Myles Lucero masterfully creates stunning Contemporary New American cuisine, locally sourcing as many ingredients as possible, including blue corn produced on the Santa Ana Pueblo. Our menu changes seasonally to reflect the time and features sustainable, fairly traded, humanely raised, non-GMO, organic and locally sourced ingredients. Executive Chef Myles Lucero and his team put as much care into obtaining wholesome ingredients as they do in preparing them. Vegetarian, gluten free and vegan menu choices are available as well.
