History

The business was originally established in 2014 in Little Rock, Arkansas. I relocated to the greater Phoenix area in 2016, and then came to Albuquerque in 2018. I originally started as a massage therapist, but received a great deal of advanced training that eventually led me to the path of becoming a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. I work to reduce swelling caused by most anything (lymphedema included), but I specialize in post-operative recovery. Most of the clientele I see have had cosmetic surgery.

Specialties

I specialize in helping people heal after surgery - especially plastic surgery. Whether you have had liposuction, a BBL, breast augmentation, mastectomy/lumpectomy, knee or shoulder replacement, or a hysterectomy, I can help you recover faster. Surgery is a traumatic event to the body. It is usually followed by plenty of swelling, bruising, and pain. The therapies I offer, such as Lymphatic Massage and Cupping can speed up the healing process significantly by: Substantially Reducing Swelling, Clearing up Bruises Much Faster, and Speeding Up Wound Healing. While I work with all types of surgeries, the vast majority of my post-operative clients come to me after plastic surgery. The most common surgeries I work with are tummy tucks, liposuction, BBL's, Mommy Makeovers, breast augmentations (including fat transfers), breast lifts, breast reductions, breast reconstructions, and facelifts. I also have experience with brachioplasty, blepharoplasty, brow lifts, rhinoplasty, and others. I am well-versed in both the healing process as well as surgeons' recommendations for post-operative care. I have had the opportunity to observe a few plastic surgeries which has deepened my understanding of the recovery process. My training as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist means that I can answer a great number of questions about your swelling and healing journey.
