Really a bad experience. 10 year customer Rude people from different call centers. Hard to understand and it took 1 hr. Then more bills, more calls.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST, DO NOT SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, AND WILL ADD CHARGES TO YOUR BILL EVEN WHEN YOUR SERVICE DOESN'T WORK. Over the last year the cable service in my...
Rude, poor customer service, they sneak charges, if you ask to speak to a supervisor they like and say they are busy, they transfer you to 1 dozen agents.. Avoid getting cable with this company!
