Terrible service from Clay Dirks. He is definitely not fit to be a manager. He does not have problem solving skills. He is charging fees for issues due to lack of communication from his team...

I had to uncrate and unload my 1250 lb. load myself from a delivery truck that had no ramp or lift gate. There was only one driver and he was kind enough to help with the stuff that was too heavy...
