New Mexico Military Institute

The New Mexico Military Institute offers a range of academic programs at college and high school levels. The institute conducts classes in English, sociology, philosophy, political science, psychology, computer science, biology, chemistry and foreign languages. The New Mexico Military Institute also offers instruction in business administration, economics, physical education and mathematics. The institute features a library and lecture hall. The New Mexico Military Institute provides various athletic opportunities, such as basketball, baseball, football, cross-country, and track and field. The institute features a golf course, outside fitness factory, performance enhancement laboratory and tennis courts. The New Mexico Military Institute provides scholarships and other financial aids. It offers the Army ROTC Early Commissioning Program. The institute enrolls more than 1,000 students. The New Mexico Military Institute is comprised of several divisions, including the Division of Humanities, Division of Leadership and Behavior Science, and Division of Health and Physical Education. In addition, the institute operates Toles Learning Center for Academic Excellence.
