Meyer Gallery Fine Art

Meyer Gallery was founded in 1967 by Darrel and Jeri Meyer. After 20 years of exhibiting the finest in contemporary representational art, the Meyer's and their son Dirk opened Meyer Gallery- Santa Fe on historic Canyon Road. Over the last 30 years, Meyer Gallery has distinguished itself as one of the premier fine art galleries in the United States, drawing discerning collectors from all over the globe. The Meyer Gallery works with over 50 artists who's experience ranges from emerging to well established. All of our artists have been influenced and are deeply connected to the many master painters and sculptors of the past. We are honored to be able to display the magnificent works of Robert Daughters, who was known for his ability to vividly convey the brilliant light of the southwest, and Dave McGary, who was known for his unmatched ability to capture historical authenticity and emotion in his bronze sculptures of Native Americans. Both of these brilliant men left us in 2013, but their work will undoubtedly stand the test of time and influence future generations of artists. These gentleman both had amazingly unique vision and we cherish the opportunity to represent their work. Meyer Gallery also has the distinct privilege of being the Exclusive Principal Representative to the United States for Sergio Bustamante's bronze and resin work. Sergio Bustamante hails from Guadalajara, Mexico and has been recognized internationally since the 1960's for his astounding work with bronze and resin sculptures. His work has been elected by the Mexican Government to be official gifts to state governors and distinguished personalities. With ever-renewing commitment, these artists continue to explore this timeless genre. Offered to collectors for purchase are landscape, figurative, and still life paintings, as well as a large selection of bronze sculptures. Each year we are honored and privileged to host a series of exhibitions by our gallery artists, which are held on selected Friday evenings between 5 and 7 PM. We also encourage those who cannot attend to follow their favorite artists through our constantly updated website.
