Medical Investigator Office-UNM

The Office of the Medical Investigator (OMI) in Albuquerque, NM is a nationally accredited program affiliated with The University of New Mexico School of Medicine. As a special program within the Department of Pathology, OMI investigates sudden, violent, untimely, and unexpected deaths in New Mexico to determine the cause and manner of death, providing formal death certification.
