I am having a problem getting the local McDonalds to make me a burger WITHOUT cheese. I order thru the app so they can have it written and they STILL get it wrong. Why is this so hard to do?

A solid McDonald's. Never have had a problem with staff and the place seems to be constantly getting mopped and is very clean. The food is what you'd expect from a run of the mill McDonalds
