The Masonic Service Association of North America (MSA) is an organization dedicated to serving Freemasonry, the country, and the world, originally formed to provide aid to military servicemen near the end of World War I. Established in 1919, MSA aims to deliver services that individual Grand Lodges may find challenging to perform independently.
MSA is recognized for its disaster relief efforts, having issued its first appeal in 1923, and has since become a trusted Masonic group in North America. Additionally, the organization supports military veterans through its Hospital Visitation Program, which includes approximately 180 Hospital Representatives and State Coordinators across the United States.
