We are a full time property management company in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho areas. We manage investment properties for owners, provide monthly reports, provide rental of units, all aspects of on site property management from putting up a sign, screening applicants, provide all tenant notices and following with court action when needed. All services are included in the management fee. We also have in-house maintenance staff, use local licensed plumbers and electrical contractors. We have a full time office opened 6 days a week.
