The owners and staff are some of the nicest people anyone could hope to meet. They make their own jerky and it's well known in Northern NM as being the absolute best!

We were meandering south of Pilar to get some gas and beer and ran into this place--what a hidden gem! It doesn't look like much from the outside but they had amazing tamales and other goodies...
