Tompkins, P.E., R.P.L.S., is C.E.O. of the firm and serves as Principle Engineer and Chief Surveyor for the Firm. Mr. Nathan Tompkins is President and manages all surveying and construction projects. Mr. Ramon V. Carrasco, P. E., is the Vice President and Engineering manager of the firm. Over the past 62 years, our firm has developed an excellent working relationship with the various regulatory agencies. We are familiar with the processes for design review through the regulatory agencies, such as the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. West Texas Consultants, Inc is and continues to be financially sound and maintains an "errors and omissions" insurance policy for one million dollars.
