In the beginning, Juliet made the beef jerky in the garage. Steve sold the beef jerky business to business in between classes while finishing college. It has always been our dream to do more. Due to high demand we officially opened in March, 2015

Best in City!! ABQ Magazine. Our mission is get people to re-think what beef jerky is and could be. Beef jerky does not have to be an over dried snack, filled with preservatives, that sits on a store shelf for eternity. Imagine jerky flavored with home made sauces, served fresh off the rack.
