Our handmade pizza dough has five simple ingredients: Caputo Flour Imported from Italy, Caputo Yeast, Sea Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and our very own triple filtered Jemez spring water. We pride ourselves on our handmade sauce, a secret family recipe passed down and shared for over 30 years. Jemez Mountain Brewhouse also offers gluten free pizza with a cauliflower based crust and vegan cheese and toppings, because we know what it means to be inclusive.
