History

Hubcaps Cruz In Cafe is the result of a stop at The Extreme Garage for a minor vehicle problem. The garage had a large showroom and a space to build a small diner. We had been retired for a year and were looking to try something new. So one year later we opened up Hubcaps for lunch. We plan on offering breakfast in the near future, but wanted to perfect the lunch menu first. We offer a unique dining experience in Las Cruces so our menu includes sandwiches and items that are difficult to find in the Southwest.

We are a different kind of diner in Las Cruces. We are a tiny mom & pop operation inside the showroom of the Extreme Garage. In our food truck motif you will find, not only one of the best Green Chile Cheeseburgers anywhere, we offer hard to find Fish & Chips, traditional Philly cheesesteaks,Green Chile Philly cheesesteaks,Shrimp Po Boy, and Fried Pork Tenderloin, along with several other choices. Breakfast is traditional American along with a number of specialty breakfast sandwiches breakfast taco and a breakfast burrito.
