Hot Stuff Diner was a restaurant that focused on serving authentic New Mexican cuisine. It was known for its commitment to traditional flavors and local ingredients. However, the diner is no longer in operation and has transitioned to a store selling southwestern decor.
Despite its previous popularity, the location has ceased to function as a dining establishment. Guests who once traveled considerable distances to enjoy the food will now find the space dedicated to a different purpose. The signage remains, but the diner itself has closed its doors for good.

Found this place to be enjoyable. Friendly staff and out of this world green chili. Not hot but savory. The red sauce hot but delicious. Can't wait to go back.
Great service and loved the food. I got the California burrito smothered in green chili and husband got Huevos Ranchos Christmas. Quick and delicious!
