Dr. Hazen was able to help with my back and neck pain. He seems to possess an inside track on locating the area needing adjustment. I was pleased with his service and will return if needed.

Almost passed the clinic, so would have benefited to check photo more closely! No nonsense or frills...just an excellent adjustment on a painful hip and some kind of ultrasound treatment to...
