Grace Requires Understanding, Inc. (GRU, Inc.) is a CARF certified agency that provides a range of services for individuals living with developmental disabilities in several counties in New Mexico. With a commitment to excellence, GRU, Inc. supports over 100 individuals through Family Living Substitute Care, Community Inclusion, Customized Community Supports, Individual Customized in Home Supports, and Independent and Family Respite Services.

Supported by funding from the Developmental Disabilities Medicaid Waiver, GRU, Inc. is guided by a Board of Directors and operates under the principles outlined in their Vision Statement and Standards of Service. With a main office in Las Cruces and satellite offices in Deming and Silver City, GRU, Inc. is dedicated to providing a great opportunity for both their staff and the individuals they serve.
