Stopped here on our way to Silver City NM. First stop on the right coming from T R C. We drove from Tennessee. Bought a jar of Chile sauce med. Warm but good. Also the mix of Pistachios....

Fair prices, great green sauce and salsa. Easy access right off the interstate. I have been stopping at the store 1 or twice a year for past 15 years.

This is where you MUST go if you are in Hatch, NM!! The chilies are roasted fresh. The quality of the actual chilies as produce are top notch, grown locally in Hatch on their sprawling family...

Best customer experience at the Hatch Chile festival this year. Everyone was super nice and polite even though customers were being difficult. Tamales were AWESOME!!!!!!!! GREEN AND RED!!!!!
