We manage investment properties for owners, provide monthly reports, provide rental of units, all aspects of on site property management from putting up a sign, screening applicants, provide all tenant notices and following with court action when needed. All services are included in the management fee. We also have in-house maintenance staff, use local licensed plumbers and electrical contractors. We have a full time office opened 6 days a week.
