Came in on Xmas eve. Two dogs in the store people standing in line and some lady who I thought would help me said I had to wait in line. Not sure what the manager was doing in the back but waited...

Put the wrong game in the case and when I went to trade it in they had sold the correct game. Waste of time and money. Didn't even refund me for the warranty I bought.
