Normally I prefer to have an in person appointment but they're able to do most things over the phone and video chat and get me in and out and I've lost over 30 pounds!!

The results of the program definitely speak for themselves. I've lost over 30 lbs. That is the reason for the 4 star rating. However, when it comes to advise from the "coach" it was very vague....
