First Choice Community Healthcare

First Choice Community Healthcare is a health care organization that provides medical, dental and ancillary care services to its communities and facilities. It offers primary medical, dental, family planning, geriatric, cardiology, pharmacy, specialty referral, health education and eligibility determination and counseling services. The organization works in partnership with the Central New Mexico Community Access Program, Lovelace, Indian Health Service, New Mexico Department of Health, New Mexico Primary Care Association and Healthcare for the Homeless. It maintains a location in Edgewood, N.M.
