The supply and demand of storage units fluctuates, but the rates only increase and do often. We've had 2 rate increases in less than a year.. perks.. it's climate control and indoors..

At first this was a good place. Clean, accessible, nicely laid out. Then the price increases started. After 6 months, up $10, next 6 months, another $10. Then after the last 6 months, it went up...

Beware of the low initial monthly charges. My rent was $81 per month for a storage unit, and unexpectedly jumped to $143 a month after 3 months. They never even notified me of the rate change....
