I'm so sorry other folks have had such negative experiences with Express Scripts but mine have all been excellent. I get emails that a refill is "on the way." I then get them in a timely fashion....

Worst company. I had Optum with my prior insurance and they were seemless. I've spent over a week trying to get my meds. ExpressScripts says they need Dr. approval. Dr. Has faxed info 4 times....
