I specialize in helping women reduce stress and chronic pain with restorative, mind-body methods. As a licensed massage therapist and certified fitness instructor, together, we use breathe, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Foundation Training, to create an increase in range of motion, improved mobility, significant reduction in pain, improved sleep and lowered daily stress and anxiety.
