Deming Luna Mimbres Museum provides a variety of exhibits, such as the antique office machines, pottery displays and various artifacts. Its facility includes an art gallery, and military, ranching exhibit, main street displays and transportation rooms. The museum is housed in the old National Guard Armony and is governed by the Luna County Historical Society. The museum, located in Deming, N.M., is on the state and national registers. It displays thundereggs, geodes and nodules. Additionally, it exhibits various Chinese items, such as crockery and crystals. It also exhibits a wide collection of quilts, laces and bells. Its doll museum offers different variety of dolls, including the Heroshima doll and Shirley Temple.

Holy cow so much stuff to look at! Mimbres pottery to dinner table settings to buttonhooks and thimble collections. Very interesting museum and gift shop.
