the ladies at the front are rude af! they ask for a birth certificate to verify age, idk about others but I don't usually carry my kids to go swimming, it stupid actually! like post it somewhere...

What a shame!!! Water park doesn't open until 5PM! We were so excited to take our granddaughter, then got that info. That's WAY TOO LATE , for anyone coming from out of town. Truly disappointed:(
