I've only gone once so far so I can't speak to whether my issues are resolved yet, but this place is awesome. There are about 9 chairs that are set up around the room, very relaxing music...

I want in a few weeks ago for my first visit, but had an issue during my appointment. Without going into detail, I did hear from the manager and it was resolved. She was very responsive.
