Prior to moving to Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, USA in 2006, Reverend Celeste was the premier Minister/Officiant/Celebrant for the destination wedding area of Cambria, California and the central coast of CA. Celeste continues to offer her services in orchestrating unique, personalized ceremonies in Sierra County, New Mexico, as well as areas all around the state and even in El Paso, Texas. About 95% of the ceremonies at which Celeste officiates continue to be held outdoors
