Excellent Green Chili stew! And robust salad bar in a rustic atmosphere. Excellent service as well. Can't recommend the green chili stew highly enough. Hope to be back soon!

We had a late afternoon dinner of steak, prime rib, and onion rings. The food was done to perfection. Our waitress was great! We highly recommend the Cattle Baron.

I am not a person who eats steak that often, and I was skeptical of this little regional chain before I walked in. As soon as I did, I was greeted by the massive salad bar with many tempting sides...
