Budget Weddings is a full-service event planning company founded and operated by Rosemary Overholt. Rosemary officially launched the business in August 2001 and by the following spring, they had more work than they could handle. Budget Weddings has become known for larger-than-life theme weddings and events that transport participants away from their everyday lives, for a great deal less then other planners.
