San Juan Regional Medical Center is a hospital serving Farmington, N.M. and San Juan County. Two local physicians originally started the small, 8-bed facility in 1952. The Board of Directors is selected from a hospital corporation, whose membership is made up of representatives from more than 86 nonprofit community organizations. San Juan provides specialized acute hospital care throughout the entire Four Corners region (Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah).
