Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Today I was asked at the register if anyone helped me and I responded "no" out of panic and habit;but, at least three people had asked if I needed help...

I went to this store for a jacket, which their website said they had in stock an in store. I wasn't surprised when the clerk said nope we don't have any. As a matter of fact I went to three stores...

Horrible customer service, majority of the staff will either not help you, or will exasperate at anything you may ask. I highly suggest going to some other store for your boots or western wear....
