We just had beer, wine and a couple mixed drinks before taking the tram to 10-3 to eat. It's a nice, cozy little hole-in-the-way place to have a few beers or cocktails. We will be back!

Fun environment but unfortunately the food and service were mediocre. I came with 3 others and we all got burgers; definitely not worth what we were charged. Go for the beer and patio views but...

Back in town and tried this new location. Service was friendly and attentive. We tried their cocktails and we enjoyed them. We ordered a Paloma and a mule. Great neighborhood brewery!
