Burgers were dry and wait was long. French fries were barely warm. If you have to wait 20min for a couple of burgers and fries they should be hot when you get them. The onion rings were the...

It's been a while since I gave a 1 star review. But the ineptitude at this location is undaunted. Inedible, tough, overdone, burnt bacon, stiff buns, and fries too tough to chew. It's not good....

I love this Lota Burger. The staff is friendly and patient. The breakfast burritos are consistently good. If you haven't had a Blake's breakfast burrito you are missing out!

This place is horrible. Even with online ordering still have to stand in line. Cashiers are rude!
