Blackout Theatre is a dynamic and inclusive theatre company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, dedicated to creating thought-provoking digital media and live performances. Led by disabled theatre artists Andee JD, they explore the challenges of their lives and the world around them, offering a unique perspective on disability and inclusivity.
Supported by New Mexico Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts, Blackout Theatre is committed to making high-quality theatre accessible and affordable to all. As proud members of the Albuquerque Theatre Guild and the Network of Ensemble Theaters, they continuously push boundaries and invite audiences to get lost in the hidden places within the Land of Enchantment.
