Basin Coordinated HealthCare Farmington

Started in 1992, Basin Home Health provides in-house health care services. Basin is licensed by the state of New Mexico and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations, Medicare and Medicaid. The clinic is also a member of the New Mexico Association of Home Care and the National Association of HomeCare. It employs more than 50 trained personnel including certified homecare physicians, registered nurses, speech language pathologists, specialized obstetrics, medical social workers, physical and occupational therapists. Located in Farmington, N.M., Basin also offers certified home health aids and HomMed monitoring systems. The clinic provides an array of medical services, including dermatology, gynecology, oncology, cardiology, ophthalmology, orthopedics and pediatrics.
