History

The Summer of 1990, 3 young college kids started Bahama Bucks as a college job. The tropical sensation caught on & was a success and oh well, you know the rest. I was in El Paso, TX visiting my family 5 years ago (2011) and my young nieces took me to the Bahama Bucks on Zaragoza Rd. I loved their theme & their shaved ice was awesome and knew that ABQ would love this stuff. We opened on Cinco de Mayo (05/05/15).
