The A:shiwi A:wan Museum and Heritage Center is a Pueblo of Zuni Tribal Program that was established in 1992 by a small group of Zuni tribal members. Dedicated to serving the Zuni community, the museum offers programs and exhibitions that allow for reflection on the past and address current and future interests.
With a focus on the rich history and cultural heritage of the Zuni people, the museum provides permanent exhibits and film presentations on Zuni community emergence and migration. Collaborations with other institutions and collections further enhance the museum's offerings, while the annual Zuni Festival of the Arts at the Museum of Northern Arizona showcases the artistic talents of the Zuni community.

This was a great stop for us. The museum is informative about the Zuni heritage but what was particularly good was the man who ran it. He is really good at fielding questions so ask questions,...
