Plenty for your basic CrossFit workout if that is what you're looking for! Squat rack and platform, rogue bars and plates. Rogue rig too! Dumbbells, rowers, hip thrust station. Showers! Only $5...

Great place for a good workout and the people were great. The place is spotless and the equipment was in great shape.
