Albuquerque Fire Rescue-Station 3

Located in Albuquerque, N.M., the Albuquerque Fire Station 3 is one of the stations operated by the Albuquerque Fire Department to provide fire prevention and rescue services. The Albuquerque Fire Department serves an area of more than 180 square miles and a population of over 448,600. It offers services through its fire and rescue emergency services and human resources divisions. The department s fire and rescue emergency services division is responsible for providing fire suppression and emergency medical services. Additionally, it offers a range of nonemergency services, including free blood pressure screening, first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and also offers fire and life safety presentations at schools and community gatherings. It has a fire prevention bureau, which is responsible for the issuance of permits for the storage, handling and use of hazardous materials.
