Aguirre Springs National Recreation Area

One of my favorite places in Las Cruces. There are several trails and tons of off-trail potential. Pine needle loop is 4.5mi and 900ft gain loop with great views. Baylor Pass is 2 mi to saddle...

Really beautiful scenery and good picnic areas and restrooms. It is just a quick drive from Las Cruces and it's worth seeing as the mountains are beautiful.

Gorgeous place, great camping, clean facilities, great hiking without the crowds. Just a wonderful and scenic place!!

I initially scoped this place out on my trip from la to Texas, I was really looking forward to it... then every address I tried, every app including my vehicle, none could seem to find this place....

A beautiful hike minus the little snake encounter me and my family had but everything went well and I would love to go back. If you're a avid outdoorsman/women and enjoys a challenging hike this...
